BIO:

Julia Martin is a multi-disciplinary artist living and working in Nashville, TN. She is known best for vibrant otherworldly paintings, through which she candidly explores emotional relationships – both internal and external – via abstraction of the human figure. Intuition and experimentation guide her practice, which has branched into multimedia works on paper, polychrome wood sculpture, assemblage and some flirtation with fiber art.
