Q: Do you have an airport shuttle?
In Nashville, coming and going is easier using a ride share app or local taxi service. If you would prefer to set up a professional car service, we have great connections with some local companies. Give us a call!
Q: Can I park a vehicle at Bobby?
Prefer a road trip over a long flight? Bobby does too. On-site parking is available by valet only.
The valet team will park your vehicle in a private and secure garage at a rate of $60 +tax/night. You will have 24/7 in and out access to your vehicle.
For oversized vehicles (over 6.6 ft tall) – give us a call for other options.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
Please do! Bobby’s do-in-residence will even greet you in the lobby. Rules are simple: Max of 2 dogs per room. No pet fee, unless your dog behaves badly. Dogs are allowed in the lobby and the Café, but not in Union Tavern or on the Rooftop. Pup bowls and beds can be delivered upon request.
Q: What do you do for Birthdays / Anniversaries / Good Hair Days?
Instead of having the same basic gifts ready to go for every celebration, at Bobby we prefer to customize your experience!
Please email us at info@bobbyhotel.com with the details of your celebration. One of our Concierge crew members will send over a curated Amenity Menu and talk through any special requests with you.
Q: Can I go to the pool?
The pool is for hotel guests only and is open from 10am – 7pm every day.
Q: Can I check-in early?
Guaranteed check-in is at 4pm, but if you’re in town early please come on through!
If your room is ready early, the Front Desk Crew will go ahead and get your stay started. If it is not, you can pre-check in, store your luggage, and hit the town while you wait.
Q: I’m not 21 – can I check in?
Wait a bit, and then come join us when you are. The minimum age to reserve a room at Bobby is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.
Q: I want to pay In Cryptocurrency – How does this work?
Brave New World! Bobby is excited to accept BTC, BCH, ETH, USDC, PA, and DOGE payment.
You will create your reservation and guarantee with a Credit Card as usual. Your card must be authorized at check-in for the full amount of the stay. At check-out, you can inform the Front Desk crew that you’d like to pay with one of the listed forms of Crypto. A QR code will be available to scan for payment. Please note: when paying with Cryptocurrency, no payment can be reversed.
