Chef Jorge Gonzalez made his way to Tennessee from Texas, by way of Hawai’i. While the route might not’ve been a linear one, the winding road was the perfect way to cross paths with Bobby.

Gonzalez has been a standout in the culinary field for his entire career, both for his skills and experience under acclaimed industry powerhouses as well as his ability to connect deeply with farmers, partners, and teammates along the way. Forging these relationships brings more soul into the process, and the results are so good you can taste it.

“Like Bobby, everything I do is inspired by my travels and what I learn along the way. My cooking style highlights big flavor profiles from some of my favorite regions like the Southwest, Hawai’i, and the Middle East. I’m looking forward to bringing a new, worldly twist not only to the Nashville culinary scene but to the menus at Bobby Hotel as well.”
