An accomplished chef, Axline studied at the Art Institute of Seattle -School of Culinary Arts. Chef Axline started in the game in the Pacific Northwest and over the past decade worked in some of the top kitchens in Texas. At Bobby Hotel, chef leads the menu creation at the four distinct restaurants utilizing only the highest quality, seasonally-grown ingredients to create dishes with an American identity and cultural influence. Axline directs and develops his team of sous chefs and cooks mentoring the next generation of influential culinary talent.


At Tavern at Bobby we have private and semi-private areas available for parties of 10 people or more.
We will prepare a seasonal pre-fix menu highlighting the best ingredients in the moment. The menu can be customized to meet any dietary needs or requests.
