Where to Watch Football in Nashville

Did Someone Say Family-Friendly Fun

Nissan Stadium Tennessee Titans

Whether you have a favorite NFL or MLS team, Bobby Nashville focuses on the fun!

The leaves are changing, the temperatures are dropping. You know what that means: Time to watch football at a bar with your buddies while sipping a local beer. We’ve got your back…and stomach…here are places to watch a variety of games, all across the city.

The name is Scoreboard Bar & Grill, so, obviously, the focus is sports. With more than 60 screens, you are not going to miss any game here. But Scoreboard, which is near Gaylord Opryland Resort, is beloved by locals for its hot chicken and its live music (hopefully not when you want to listen to the game).

On the west side of town, head to Bringle’s Smoking Oasis. The outdoor Oasis is a dog-friendly patio where you can feast on barbecue, let the kids run around and watch any number of NFL games.

Of course, you can catch the local Tennessee Titans games on almost any bar TV (if you can’t nab a ticket to see them in person at Nissan Stadium, just across the river from the Bobby Hotel Nashville). If you’d prefer to be at bars that screen-specific team’s games and be with fellow fans who are wearing the same colors as you, that’s possible, too. Kansas City Chiefs fans take over the second floor of downtown’s Nashville Underground (Taylor Swift fans optional). Copa Cabana Bar & Grill on Charlotte Pike is home to San Francisco 49’s fans. Denver Broncos enthusiasts head to independent craft brewery Tailgate Brewery in East Nashville, although TailGate broadcasts a number of games at all of its locations, which include South and West Nashville, suburban Hendersonville and Music Row.

College ball your thing? Try Noble’s Kitchen & Beer Hall in East Nashville, which is family-friendly until 10 p.m.

And, if your definition of “football,” is the European kind, we’ve got you there, too. There are plenty of Nashville SC bars where soccer fans watch the local team (when they don’t have tickets to GEODIS Park). Try Fait la Force Brewing in Chestnut Hill (near Wedgewood Houston), AJ’s Good Time Bar on Broadway downtown, or Beyond the Edge in East Nashville. Nashville SC updates their pub partner list on their website, where you can find more options.

NHL fans can cheer on the Nashville Predators at Bearded Iris Brewing in Germantown or check out the list that the Preds keep updated online.

Traveling with folks who cheer for different teams? Different sports? Want more than just a screen to watch? DraftKings Sports and Social at Nashville might be the answer. The downtown restaurant and bar has a giant media wall where you can see fan cams, participate in giveaways and otherwise be surrounded by all things game day.
